Cycling or walking, come and discover the surroundings of the lake, thanks to a trail of 13km in the heart of a diversified landscape.
During your walk, the fauna and flora will reveal themselves to the curious ones, and the observatory walkway -situated at the mill Les Rochelles- is the ideal spot to observe the wildlife. You may even be lucky enough to spot some tree frogs, grey herons, kingfishers, otters or tawny owls.
In Summer, choose your ride to slide on the lake.
From the dock of La Baudrière, or the place called “Le Pré”, you can opt for a canoe ride or rent a pedal boat. It will be the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with your friends or family, on these 16km of waterways.
To fully enjoy your day, why not eat there as well? Bring your picnic and take a break at one of the dedicated areas, or choose to eat at l’Auberge du Jaunay, the inn ideally situated facing the lake.
